JAM Technical Services LLC did Full Villa Renovation of my Villa recently. The villa was renovated with the intention of selling it after the upgrade. Very happy with the quality & workmanship of JAM team and they did an excellent job within my budget. The real estate agents in Arabian Ranches and Springs were amazed & excited when they viewed the villa first time. They mentioned that it was one of the best renovated villa in Arabian Ranches and Springs and I could sell it for a premium as there is no other similar quality upgraded villas available. JAMTS services managed to do the Extension of my Dining area in the Patio by taking approval from Emaar & DDA quickly. This made my Living & Dining area bigger and very bright with natural light from the newly installed large glass windows & new glass sliding door. The new glass staircase with the tile steps & LED lights has transformed the looks of the villa and made it very modern. The bathroom, kitchen, flooring, wardrobes, interior & exterior villa painting works were done well. Their interior designers Afeefah & Akash suggested me with nice design for kitchen & bathrooms and also helped me procure good quality tiles & sanitaryware from the suppliers. I found some minor issues with some finishes when the work was completed and the JAMTS team rectified all the issues within 7 days. Happy with my decision to work with JAMTS as they were Professional in their work, charged reasonable amount for the full project and completed the project within 3 month committed by them. Thank you for making my bathroom feel like a five star hotel. Every time I finish my day and go take a shower I’m grateful to have such a luxurious bathroom to relax. The bench in my shower will be perfect for my mother and to make wudhu. Also Not just the redesign but they have helped reinvent the place to make it more spacious than it was. Now I have more storage. Thanks for making me love my home even more 😍

I called them ad hoc thinking they would cancel.on me during the weekend. They were professional courteous and swift. Painting was brilliantly applied ensuring masking tape was administered throughout the area. Attention to detail was spot on. Bathroom remodelling was exactly how I wanted and according to budget and on time. Can't recommend them enough amazing work
