Great center. Visit the center to replace my Huawei mate 20 pro screen. They replace it in less than one hour with professional work. Big thanks to the technician who helped me. Forgot his name.

Firstly, I went to the shop in the MOE and was greeted by Mardec. He quickly helped me to find a sports watch and was very informative about the features. I was then directed to another member of staff (Flora) who took time to show me how to work my new watch and sync it with my phone. Mardec also took the time to give me information about where I could get my phone repaired as it was damaged. I then called into the Huawei store in the Gloria building and the technician was very helpful. He ordered parts and emailed when they were ready. Mardec also happened to be in the store and was extremely helpful and offered water while I waited. I was only waiting a short time until my phone was fixed by Hassan and Sai who were both professional and returned my phone looking like it is brand new. I am so happy with the service and think that the staff should be recognised for their quality work and customer service. I would recommend visiting here to anyone and would like to thank the staff for your support.

Brand New building. Ample space for parking. Located in the heart of Dubai. The building has its own gym for staff, and incredibly designed meeting rooms for visitors. The place is cherry on the cake for Huawei corporate image.
