My first visit to the Synergy Clinic, Al Shamkha branch. I was very comfortable with the clinic, starting with the reception with Brother Ahmed and Brother Dhafer. Their approach was very respectful to us and I loved their cooperation in arranging appointments. Dr. Mohamed Gamal’s approach was very gentle with the children. He prepared them psychologically before treatment and was clear in explaining the case. And the treatment plan.. He also made sure to bid them farewell after the treatment, which had a positive psychological impact on them.. Professor Muwaffaq Ajaj, an excellent orthodontist, also explained the treatment plan in detail. He was very clear and kind to the children as well. The children loved the clinic very much. They loved the figures presented in the clinic, as well as the presentation that was in the treatment room. And most importantly of all, they did not complain of any pain during or after the treatment. The medical staff and nurses were also nice. ..I highly recommend the clinic
