Good service but why have you made it that you now need the app to view tickets? Money making I imagine as now I must pay to have the tickets WhatsApped to me or download an app. Just email them like you used to, I don't want your app.

Thank you platinumlist for taking customer feedback seriously. Previous review: Absolutely terrible customer service. Very slow response, the agents don’t read the questions and just throw completely unrelated answers. I’ve been asking for clarification on a policy for one of the events for 5 times or so and EVERY agent does not respond to what is actually asked!! My question was paraphrased multiple times to make it extremely clear for comprehension but still no proper answer. Truly unbelievable. We are about to start betting on how many more agents will read and NOT answer the actual question
