The quality of their products is absolutely top notch and their responses to queries and their delivery is extremely timely, the sales team are very cooperative and helpful and professional. I recently bought a painting from Al Huzaifa. Although I finally bought the painting online, I experienced outstanding customer service from Najih and Laika in the Al Wasl Store. They sent me photos and dimensions of paintings they had in-store and responded to all my queries promptly and professionally. The delivery team were amazing too, checking where I wanted the painting hung and checking I was happy with the position before finally hanging the painting. To make an already amazing experience top notch, I was able to pay by card on delivery which was fantastic! I am not sure why other furniture shops do not offer this very convenient service. Al Huzaifa offer the best furniture store experience I have had in the UAE: 1. User-friendly website that does not crash and is well laid out. 2. Outstanding customer service from the in-store team at Al Wasl Road. 3. Amazing delivery team who delivered within 2 days of the order being placed online. 4. Installation of painting which was included in the VERY reasonable delivery charge. 5. Payment by card on delivery. All in all, an exceptional service from Al Huzaifa! They are now my favourite furniture shop in the UAE!

Number one in the UAE in my opinion... luxury, quality and excellent service... I have been dealing with them for 3 years with a girl named Alaa Nizar... Alaa advises anyone who wants to go to the Jumeirah branch to contact her.. Courtesy, honesty and respect in dealings.. I furnished 4 floors with her help..
