**Redfit Gym Review** I've been working out at Redfit Gym for the past six months, and my experience has been exceptional. The gym facility is spacious and impressive, offering a welcoming environment for all fitness enthusiasts. Coach Zain Anthony is an outstanding kickboxing instructor! His training sessions are intense, motivating, and tailored to all skill levels. He focuses on technique, conditioning, and mindset, making every class both challenging and rewarding. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Coach Zain pushes you to improve while keeping the atmosphere supportive and energetic. Highly recommend!

I'm member of the gym before the renovation, and the transformation was really good, new equipments, food station, new group exercises new showers area, which we suffered alot from it before, the gym is really good, and member consultant employees are really amazing, they are always there for members specially lourdes. All the staff are amazing, and the management listen to the members concers and try to implement and improve as much as they can. Nicest gym in barsha heights.

Redgym is an amazing fitness heaven! The equipment is top notch, vibes are fire with a DJ, and the staff at the front desk are super friendly. Management's on point, and you get full access to all classes. Happy to be part of this epic gym.

Being new to the gym scene, I must say Red Gym is fantastic. Jassim's enthusiasm encouraged me to visit the gym and he even arranged a free session with personal trainer Mohammed Barkath, who is excellent, kind, and supportive. Maria was also accommodating with my concerns. While I haven't tried any classes yet, I'd give an overall 3-star rating. However, be cautious when dealing with the sales representative Tonny; he lacks transparency regarding what they can truly offer. And after you signed up, he tends to ignore your inquiries and concerns, which is unprofessional.

I have been a member of this gym since 2019, back when it is still called MMA and because of the management changes it is re-launch as RedGym. The gym and classes back then are way better and even the coaches are competent. Currently, there's have been changes in the management and renovatio, that is way too long. The renovation are going well and the gym looks great, however the service and the class becomes less interesting and less engaging. The booking of classes is not seamless and have to put an effort to contact the staff to book the class 24 hours prior and it's by chance. It would be easier if there will be some sort of online site or an app that the booking can be done online and not thru the staff so it will be impartial. All in all the past years of being a member in this gym was really good and the classes have helped me achieve my fitnes routine, however I will be having second thouhts renewing my membership next year.I am still hoping the class will improve for the new members.
