I recommend this gym for beginners and professionals. New attractions in Gym: Bariz Mens haircutting saloon (AED 10/-only), muscle relief, Icebath, and restaurant. Ladies saloon is also here with attractive offers available. Hurry up and ask for the gym membership offers 3, 6, and 12 months. The neat and clean gym for both ladies and gents. Ladies got separate gym sessions with facilities. However, they can also work out in common area. The professional gym instructors are very cooperative and will support you too. There are many members who continue their membership just because of these coaches. Being a member, you can ask for your workout with the coach anytime, and they will guide accordingly. Personal training prices are very attractive, so good for beginners who don't know how to build muscle or reduce fat. Kids can enrol for an hour session of karate classes 3 times a week. Large gym with under cover parking (limited during peak hours).

It is one of the best gyms in the neighborhood, for the whole family the kids can learn karate and kick boxing and ladies have many choices also with amenities like a ladies' and gents' saloon and much more. The staff is very considerate and trained, especially the MD, Mr Nazar, who regularly rounds the gym and patiently takes the opinions of the members.
