Inspired by Ms. Aditya’s training session, I attended the healing sessions with Ms. Aditya. Her positivity, diet suggestions, and guidance helped me a lot.
After the three sessions significantly improved my mental state.
I'm grateful for the newfound ability to handle situations calmly and thoughtfully.
The positive atmosphere at Shiva Jyothi is truly inspiring.

P. k.I was suffering from cervical spondylitis past 8 years and I was a bit skeptical about doing Yoga, though i was very much aware about the benefits of Yoga in our well being. I wasn't sure I can find a proper yoga training in UAE. Then I heard about Sivajyothi yoga through a friend and I can undoubtedly say, that was one of the best decision I have taken recently! From the first session itself I felt confident that am in safe hands and they know exactly what they're doing. Ms.Sindhu's classes are not just limit to yoga, it also provides priceless information regarding the diets according to our body type, what to avoid, what to include etc etetc Also the benefits and effects of each pose is explained to us before we learn a new pose.After 50+ hours of classes I can really appreciate the flexibility and mindfulness am experiencing now.Too happy that I found this centre, though quite late. Better later than never!
