Delayed Appointments: Appointments are often scheduled a week or even ten days later, which disrupts the treatment's continuity and impacts the benefits of the previous sessions. Mr. Amit's Dedication: Despite these challenges, Mr. Amit goes above and beyond to address patient issues. His proactive approach and tireless efforts to solve problems personally make a significant difference. While I continue my sessions primarily because of the expertise of Mr. Raees, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Amit’s support and dedication. I believe with better scheduling management, the overall experience for patients like me can greatly improve. Thank you for your attention to this matter. While the quality of care provided by Mr. Raees, an expert physiotherapist, has been excellent and is the main reason I continue with this facility, the overall experience has been disappointing due to administrative issues. Delayed Appointments: Typically, appointments are scheduled one week or even ten days after each session, causing a substantial delay in my treatment. This not only interrupts the continuity of the sessions but also diminishes the benefits of the last treatment. Impact on Recovery: Physiotherapy requires consistent follow-up for optimal outcomes. I have diabetes. I had a blood test done at NMC Hospital and got the report. They gave me a fake report. I got the same report done yesterday at another pharmacy. They said my sugar level is 7.4. They told me my sugar level is high 11.1 ., he is laying

I can’t believe I’ve never discovered this hospital before. It’s hassle free, professional staff and receptionists, and the doctors actually listen to you. You don’t get stressed out from the back and forth with the elevators because they have plenty of elevators to go around. The layout of the hospital makes things so much easier. I would like to personally thank and Anu Phillip for being such an amazing part of NMC hospital. She made the experience wonderful. Doctor Mohan is very professional in his practice and I highly recommend him as family doctor.

This hospital is located in a nice, clean, and organized area. The facility is well maintained and the service is certainly commendable. The doctors are not bad and most of them know what they are doing. Overall, it is a good hospital and I would surely go back.

I had stomach pain from long time ,I visited to NMC muhammed Bin Zayed Hospital , and meet with Doctor Ahmed shahata.Did all test ,and find out that there is stone in gallbladder. Doctor Mr Ahmed shahata performed a successful operation for me. I have only good experience with this hospital. The hospital has polite reception staffs , very knowledgable doctors and nurses with unconditional kindness. I broke my leg and the whole process took me less than 20 mins. Other hospital close by takes one hour just to wait for your appointment- another one hour to go to Xray and back. Well done; I can recommend to everyone!

I had a great experience in NMC royal family Medical center physiotherapy department. I had a patellar dislocation and my physiotherapy went very well here . I especially thank Miss Akruthi ( physiotherapist) for helping me to overcome my knee problems. She is really professional, compassionate and kind. I also thank the receptionist miss . Had a great experience with the Mr.Rahees, the physiotherapist. I had a severe Sciatica pain and it affected my lifestyle. I was not able to even walk properly. Rahees is a very dedicated guy. He put a lot of effort in making me do therapy & excercises. And I really feel a lot better. Now I am back to my routine. Highly recommended physiotherapist in Abudhabi.

It's one of the very good Medical facility in Mussafah area with courteous and cooperative staff and have some of the Excellent Doctors like Dr. Mohan Babu, Dr. Mithun Roy, Dr. Sunil, Dr. Preeth, Dr.Sharmaji and responsive Nursing and Pharmacy staff. Thank you Dr Deepa (Dentist), for your exceptional Support 🙏 Hi all, my name is Prabu I am 39 years old and I was having a problem with my Gums(Bleeding) for the last 10 years, the bleeding would start especially during the night when I am sleeping due to this I was unable to sleep and resulted in lack of sleep for so many years, because of this problem my personal and mental health took a toll, me along with my family and friends consulted and visited over 20 different doctors and tried various different types of treatment including Ayurveda in UAE and India but the result was same and I almost gave up hope and was slipping slowly into depression, then finally God answered mine and my family's prayers and introduced me to Dr. Deepa Biju from NMC royal family medical centre, she diagnosed my problem and recommended a simple procedure post bleeding has stopped in just 2 weeks time, I am still astonished and shocked that such a simple process was not done and missed by so many doctors, I have no words to express how thankful I am with Dr Deepa Biju and NMC for solving this issue for me, I feel I have been blessed with a new life and everything within me and around me feels different now...!!!!!
