My review is for Dr Shabina Homeopathy Doctor. After continuous treatments (steroids, antibiotics, nebulizers, inhalers) for our 5 year old son who often falling sick following breathing issues our friends recommended Dr Shabina. We are so happy and grateful that we found her. I would highly recommend her for children especially who have to undergo such painful treatment for cold coughs wheezing etc.

I would like to share with you the feedback on this visit of my experience with your team leader Ms.Ashwathi, Clinic Operations who was very supportive and cooperative during my visit and showed me an excellent service. I have notice her amazing performance and complaints handling skills with other patients .She was having a great manner while talking to an angry visitor due to high volume of customers at the time and still having a super smile on her face and body language to everyone.And i have noticed the way she guides her team members Reception area ,Nursing,really good.

The doctors are good, but the reception staff need training on how to manage patients in a timely manner. I went there with my kids, and it took around 40 minutes to call our token for registration, even though there were only four patients ahead of us.
