The in-patient nurses were highly knowledgeable, and the visiting doctors were friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness by regularly changing bedsheets and keeping the rooms and bathrooms spotless.
A special shout-out to Ate Gese, Sarah, Ruffa and Armila from room service team for consistently providing our daily meals. The food was well-balanced, tasty, and complete, with thoughtful snacks for both the patient and guardian.

Took me to the exact floor to where my visit would be and upon leaving he was also there, guided me. The hospital is clean and huge. I purposely visited Medcare Royal for Dr. Karthikraj, in Orthopedics Department, who was recommended by my colleague. After my consultation with him, I could say that aside from being a very professional doctor, he is a thoughtful and super kind one as well.

i. s.We greatly appreciate the care and services offered at MRSH. From the moment we entered the OPD, we received excellent support from staff members Jylceme, Celes, and Dr. Vaibhav. Dr. Vaibhav explained everything in detail and guided us through the entire procedure, right up to the discharge process.
The inpatient nursing services were outstanding, with special thanks to nurses Lucila, Anumol, and Muriel for their exceptional care and compassion. a. t.Hey there! Just wanted to share my recent brush with healthcare. Got admitted to Medcare Royal Hospital, Qusais, a couple of days ago due to some health issues, but guess what? I'm discharged today, completely healed and fit as a fiddle. God, was it an eye-opener! The level of professionalism and care I witnessed was something else.
Here's my two cents about it - Everybody genuinely seemed invested in my recovery. The doctors were top-notch, checking in every 30 minutes! The nurses each seemed like the best the market has to offer. Housekeepers, top class. Receptionists? Beaming smiles and efficient guidance all the way.
Gotta mention the senior team too - daily visits to ensure I was well taken care of! The catering was equivalent to some top-notch 5-star hotels I've been to.
I don't want to ramble on, but honestly, chilling at this hospital made my sickness feel like a joyride. Now that's what you call art of professionalism in healthcare!

N. N.I entered Medcare Royal Hospital in an emergency. It is not a hospital that provides high and perfect medical services. All services, from the kitchen to cleaning the room to the nurses to the data entry personnel, are more than wonderful. It is classified as a 7-star hotel and has very high genetic services. The doctors’ treatment and follow-up of my case were the best. I would like to thank Dr. Mohammed Harris, the nurses Yasmine, the buildings, the kitchen team, the delicious, clean food, on time and hot, and the interest in what I would like to order today, from breakfast to dinner. Dr. Brian Mtemererwa was exceptional in his attention to detail and genuine compassion. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed about every aspect of my treatment. The Nurses: Asha, Ambily Anumol, Nina, May Ann, Ahmed, Huda, Rieszel, and the entire Royal Specialty Hospital teams including catering and housekeeping: Alisiwa, Diba, anjana, Saru & anita, kadrisenn and Deema were incredibly attentive, making me feel like I was their only patient, even though they were clearly busy.
