Everything is great with this hotel, but the problem is room service. Very poor.

Its 25 mins from Abudhabi Airport & 1 hour 45 mins from Dubai Airport. Good Room with Washing machine, nearby mall to have meals.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently in a 1 bedroom suite for work purposes / location. ||||Overall very generous sized rooms and interior was in a reasonable decorative condition, if not slightly dated and lifeless. Comfortable bed, and all appliances working and clean.||||However, the real problem which they need to get right, are the basics which are overlooked; ||||1. Hotel phone didnt work so could not contact reception ||2. Room and corridors smelt of stale smoke and probably AC also needed a good cleaning / sterilizing.||3. Dirty windows ||4. Constant background noise in the bedroom of all the mechanical plant / ventiliation system from outside||5. Bathroom tiles needed a good deep cleaning / rather dated||6. Only 1 bathroom towel provided each day although 2 of us staying there ||7. TVs were tiny compared to size of the room - Most of the decent channels were additional cost. ||||Hotel is attached to the Mall which itself does not offer much in terms of food options unless you like KFC, Subway or McDonalds. However their own restaurant was good and offered a good choice of menu options. ||||Gym equipment is basic and shares same area as swimming pool which is strange?||||Overall I would not choose to stay here again in a hurry unless I had no other choice - it was not particularly cheap (3,500 AED for 4 nights), during the F1 weekend.

Clean modern rooms. Unfortunately no hot water at all, just a tepid flow so you cannot avail a bath unless you enjoy cold ones and risking pneumonia! Such a shame as the rest is excellent

The "Plus" are : Cleanliness, change bed linens every second Day, Spacious rooms, Direct access to the mall (Food court and Lulu super market), Very friendly and polite staff. The "Minus" are : Very Bad maintenance. Furnitres are scratched, the floor also, (no carpet) full of cigarete burns, wall paper torn spots, dirty windows, Bad smell ( really, how often are those A/C filters cleaned, if ever).

The perfect place for business travellers who need to stay near MBZ/Mussafah or Shabiya. Being a well appointed apartment hotel, it is also ideal for those who have recently moved to the country and are hunting for apartments in the vicinity. Having the fully functional Mazyad mall (the only thing missing is a cinema), one can get everything from regular supplies to varied eateries. The hotel is connected to the mall on the 1st and 2nd floor, so it's quite easy to pop down for some quick shopping. There are loads of taxis available outside the mall for transportation along with ample parking in front of the mall and around the Mazyad Village behind the complex.

Ever in need of a 3 bedder service apt, this is the place. Property in is generally new, but furniture seems outdated. Linked to Mazyad Mall which is great. Easy exit to the highway to AD and Dubai.

Less than a hotel or an air bnb but better than a cellar. This gloomy, lifeless hotel, with an outdated swimming pool and a dysfunctional gym open between 12:00 and 22:00... will offer you a blocked shower with a plastic curtain that sticks to your skin for a decent bed enhanced by a noisy air conditioner with an exceptional view of a Wall. You pay for what you get

Easier to get to from the airport. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom which was spacious. Kitchen was available including washing machine.

The apartments are clean and well-appointed. The staff is welcoming and attentive. There is a very useful shopping center in the complex, plus a swimming pool and gym. The price is reasonable, but be careful when booking. You can book for 3 people, but they are only rooms for 2! So, one person slept on the small sofa.... A booking blunder on their part.... But very good overall.

This is our third stay at L'Arabia Hotel Apartments. It is an excellent choice, as it is a hotel with all the amenities you would have at home, which makes everyday life much easier. The hotel and restaurant staff are helpful and always help us with everything.

Good hotel, excellent location, very close to Mazyad Mall. You are supposed to receive the room at 2:00. I arrived at 3:30 and the room was not ready.
