W. M.My wife and I stayed for 4 n8ghts nights at Dusit Thani till 8 March. We were very happy with the service of the staff. Rooms were clean and nice decor. Many restaurants are available on sites.
We were served generously by concierge Addy who helped confirm our reserved activities and went out of his way to continue calls into the night when they weren't answering calls to make arrangements on our behalf. He also facilitated a replacement meal experience at the Palms when our confirmed and pain meal reservation was 'lost to the system '. We were particularly grateful to his exceptional guest service to allow us to enjoy the activities!!

Selectively assorted savoury sandwhiches, wraps and traditional freshly baked scones, seasonal jams and clotted cream. Add to that french pressed coffee, fresh juices and smoothies. l. j.Great service, excellent location, very friendly staff. They stepped out to help with the luggage the moment they saw us. Minutes drive to Dubai Mall, downloaded the Careem app and we could get our ride very easily. Jones the cafe at the hotel Lobby serves good food and it is open 24hrs. The hotel has self-service laudry rooms that are free to use. We did a good load of wash and dry with some detergent we had. We had a spacious family room for the 4 of us and a nice view of the Burj Khalifa. It came with kitchen and a living space. Housekeeping was great, water topped up daily, very clean. Happy with our stay.
M. A.Wonderful experience at Dusit thani. What particularly caught my attention was how great all the staff at the hotel are. Kumudu-Jose was great at the pool. Very attentive, welcoming and friendly. Also staff at 24th Street and Jones the Grocers, as well as the concierge and reception staff (Rajhul). All are so polite. The staff are a great asset to the hotel and hope they are all appreciated as much as we did.
Cleanliness was also spotless.
Hidden gem in the city for a family if you want a central hotel with high standards but still remains not too touristy.

Addy, the one in-charge tried calling my phone but it cannot be reached. Addy called the security manager Mr. Rashid and asked me about the details and eventually called the police to track to driver. Addy called the driver and said he is on the way. The staff especially sir Addy and the head of the security Asim and also Mr. Rashid their concierge Manager are very nice and gave us something to drink while waiting for my phone to arrive. 堀.We arrived at the hotel around 1pm and were shown to our room within 30 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathtub was spacious. Breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of menus. It was a 5 star hotel and the cost performance was great.
Even at the pool, they treated us courteously and guided us to our seats with towels. Depending on the time of day, the rooftop was in the shade, so I was able to spend a comfortable time! Thank you JOSE SAAD♪
