K.My initial stay was for four nights, but I had to extend for another six nights, requiring a separate booking. A total of ten days at the property left me with mixed feelings.
Hospitality and a warm welcome are essential in any hotel, as they are the foundation of a hospitality-driven industry. However, throughout my stay, I can count on one hand the number of times hotel staff greeted me—whether at the front desk, club lounge, or various restaurants. Even at the concierge, I was met with a disinterested “What do you want?” and an unwelcoming demeanor. It felt as though their non-verbal communication reflected a lack of regard for guests.
It had been a while since my last visit to this property, and I don’t recall the service being this poor. As a Hyatt Globalist, if this is the level of treatment I received, I can only imagine what other guests might experience.
That said, the hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained—kudos to the facility staff. If you require minimal interaction with hotel staff, I would definitely recommend staying here.

N. S.We stayed in a 3 Bedroom apartment. It was great, nicely cleaned, hygienic and very very spacious apartment. Its location is also good, right beside the metro station. Property pool is the star attraction. They have prepared a nice play area for kids. Appartments are a really nice deal for families!

I tried to contact the hotel about this but got only, 'I dont understand', from the chat other, so hopefully the hotel will register the problem when I post a review. Sitting poolside is a useful time to catch up on emails etc, and I resent having to come back to the room to do admin (and type this review!).
For the rest, rooms are great, staff are efficient and lovely, breakfast is comprehensive though no veal or other fake bacon, we've eaten in Wox, which was very good and it's a 10minute walk to the metro, to Carrefour and about 15 mins to Creek Park, with some little local eateries nearby for dinner, if you like eating out.

It might not be in the heart of Jumeirah Beach, but it is still a great location to start from to get to different parts of Dubai. The room was lovely, and the staff were great. Would stay here again.

S. M.The hotel is very central to most places in Dubai, which is nice. However, receptionist staff are very rigid and a tad unhelpful in their approach. The main hall dinner (market cafe) closes at 8pm. Will definitely not be going back to the hotel.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and well-maintained facility, and I was particularly impressed by the pool, which is open 24/7—perfect for a late-night swim or early morning dip.
However, one thing to be cautious about is the deposit policy. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1200 AED, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This unexpected requirement was a bit of a surprise, so I recommend ensuring you have sufficient cash or a credit card ready to cover this deposit. Despite this minor inconvenience, my stay was highly enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The attention to minor details has exceeded my expectations.
From ice cold face towels when lying around the pool to lemongrass water spray for your face to sunglasses being cleaned, the staff can’t do enough for you.
Rooms are spacious and asked for a second duvet and it was no problem.
There is ongoing work from floor 11 and up and also at the pool area which I knew about before staying and we’ve been at the pool every day and there’s not been too much noise. The plans for the new pool area look amazing and they plan to have slides, cabanas and a lazy river which makes us want to come back even more.
Restaurant staff are very attentive and again nothing is too much trouble. Even knew the breakfast drinks order for when we came down after a few days. Loved how the staff couldn’t do enough to help.
I loved this place. Will absolutely 100% be back. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Very near to Dubai Airport, easy access and great location.
The reception staff was really good. Proper welcoming smile and I must say that Ahmed who attended me was impressive. My requests were taken positively and being fulfilled. This is not very common now a days and this made me really impressed.
Room was big and not like new hotels with small rooms. Room amenities were great, neat and clean.
Breakfast was good but this is the place where I believe more focus can be put in place. Choices and variety was limited and does not match with brand of Hyatt.
Check out experience was not so good like checkin, however it was not bad.
Overall, the property represents the Brand of HYATT properly. Recommended for sure.
E. G.We have booked three nights in a club room with expectations of the Club Lounge as in the past on 14th floor. That lounge is not anymore excisting. Instead for breakfast and happy hour (Dinner) is now in the market cafe and during the entire day you get something in the Manhattan Grill. That is all very noisy and crowdy. Seems an intermediate solution before a new club lounge will be constructed. The service personnel is doing their utmost to overcome that unpleasant situation. The renovated room is so far ok and clean.

We got two extra beds on request. The pools are fantastic. The main pool is well chilled and the kids had a blast at the kids pool with slides. The indoor pool is very convenient during the hot hours. The food was tasty and the half board deal with unlimited house beverages and juices for dinner was an amazing add on. The hotel is so beautiful inside as well with lots of greenery and fish swimming. The room was very comfortable. We will be back as we think the rate was an excellent value for money.

B.It's a really nice and great hotel. The breakfast and dinner are terrific. Lots of choice and extremely high quality of food. The service is excellent. The only point of criticism is that there are no requirements for the loungers at the pool. This is not appropriate for a 5* star hotel. This was the second time we were guests here.
