During my visit, I dined at Accents Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. Ahmed, one of the servers, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our meal was perfect. His dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience.
Additionally, Ola, who hosted our table, was incredibly accommodating. She greeted us warmly and remained attentive throughout our meal, anticipating our needs and providing personalized recommendations. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and well-cared-for.
May, another staff member, also stood out during our stay. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made our experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.
However, it's worth noting that during peak times, the coffee service can be a bit slow. On busier days, there were noticeable waits for coffee orders, which slightly detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, the exceptional service provided by Ahmed, Ola, and May made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the InterContinental Dubai Marina for its outstanding service and prime location.

A. A.Hotel provides a very good experience in the Marina area. Honestly nothing to complain about except for one little detail that bothered me.
The greeting calls .. i know it supposed to be a nice thing to do but they didn’t consider that it could be annoying for some guests. I had an infant with me and they perfectly chose the minute my infant went to sleep to call, and not only one call .. 4 annoying calls! Although i told them not to call again!
On the positive side the breakfast experience is amazing and the variety is quite good. The service there is amazing specially the wonderful EVERLINE she is always around. 🫡👌🏽

Juma from concierge is the best and helped plan our trip for 3 days from where to go, options on transportation and how much time we needed etc. He does with a smile and ensure we were safe too. The lady at the Club lounge was so wonderful with her greetings and Rafi helped us with ordering transportation when we leave. To sum up, this is one of the best InterContinental we stayed.
J. C.I was there five days for business. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have good views. The amenities are fantastic. Great rooftop swimming pool with view of the marina. The fitness center is well equipped and has fresh towels and water bottles for everyone. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods suited for every taste. The breakfast staff is super friendly and attentive to every need. I especially appreciated Putu and Martin who were both very helpful and friendly. The location could be a bit better as getting in and out can be a bit of a pain for any vehicle but it is within walking distance of the Persian gulf beach and the front desk staff will even provide towels for the beach if you decide to walk over there. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.

G.I've come back after long, service improved, coffee at bf comes quickly now :) Ahmed at my table was very attentive as well as all the other waiters. A bit disappointed that for a lost n found item I left behind in another hotel far away, I couldn't get it delivered to this hotel for them to keep until I come back. I guess every country is different. Also, beds/room feel very humid at night, too. It's one of the few hotels it feels like this. It's cool yet it feels sweaty, started taking off the lower sheets, not sure it helps as I am not sure they are waterproof and hence doesn't let the body breathe.

The location is great in Dubai Marina, you can take a scooter and ride along the canal, or you can walk to Marina Walk. There are many restaurants and other businesses close to the hotel. The hotel service is wonderful, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had the privilege of eating, with a large buffet and other items made to order, and everything was delicious, not at all industrial. It was my first experience staying with Intercontinental and I really liked it! The room's structure is excellent, wonderful sheets and pillows, unlimited coffee, tea and filtered water, quality and very complete amenities, even a shaving kit. I loved the hotel chain, we'll definitely stay with them next time! And I'd like to highlight the service provided by Faruk at the pool and also by the head of reception/IT guy who tried to help us connect to the Wi-Fi on our MacBook, both of whom were very helpful!
M.The hotel has a prime location, right on Marina Walk and just 200 meters from JBR Beach. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished.
The breakfast buffet is worthy of 5 stars. The selection leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace is a perfect place to start the day. The staff also deserves 5 stars. Only the evening menu at the Accents restaurant could be a bit more extensive.
We would be happy to return on our next visit to Dubai.

The room has everything you need, Byredo cosmetics. |We were upgraded to a room, which was very nice. |Very friendly staff at the hotel, I would especially like to mention the receptionist named Shah, a very friendly young man, always ready to help. |Excellent breakfasts with good service, it is very convenient that drinks are brought by waiters, as well as a hot dish that you can order (pancakes, crepes, omelettes, poached eggs, Benedict ...). |Good pool and service around it. |The hotel is well located, close to the Marina and close to the JBR beach. |The only thing I would like to draw the attention of the administration to is that near the pool one of the employees asks guests every day to write a good review about him, he does it too intrusively, he approached us on the very first day of our vacation, we had just arrived at the pool, had just settled in, had not even had time to relax, and he immediately handed over a business card with a QR code and asked to write a review, well, this is ridiculous, people had just arrived and did not even understand what was what... and then I constantly observed that he approached other guests with the same request. It seems to me that for a hotel of this level this is unacceptable.

E. P.Fantastic Hotel - very clean and luxurious. Breakfasts are amazing - a large selection of things prepared on the spot - you only have to wait a few minutes. Huge selection, everything is constantly replenished, delicious flavors, different cuisines. The elevators go very fast, there is no way you will have to wait more than a moment. There is a tram stop right under the hotel, which will take you to the metro without any problems. We had a room on the 13th floor with a brilliant view of the Marina and the street - breathtaking. Great bathtub with such a view as well. The pool is clean, warm water, the staff comes with you to the sunbed and spreads out the towel, changes it whenever you want. Despite the relatively few places, we have never had a problem with a free sunbed. We are delighted, thank you 🩶🩶☀️🎄

M. 1.A wonderful stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina hotel. From the first minutes to the end of our stay. We are very happy that we chose it. Gorgeous view of the Marina, clean rooms, good soundproofing, a very comfortable mattress, and a wonderful balcony where you can sit in the evening, enjoying the view. The hotel has its own parking lot. Very convenient if you plan to use a car. In general, the location is interesting. Next to popular restaurants on the embankment, but not in the whirlwind. 10 minutes walk from the beach.
I would like to note the excellent breakfasts! And the puff apple cake, which was on 07.12.2024, will forever remain in my memories.
I really liked the work on the mistakes. There was a small nuance with coffee at breakfast. We ordered and waited more than 40 minutes. Apparently, they forgot about us. Until we asked another waiter to bring it. He did it lightning fast. And then, finally, the waitress we contacted earlier remembered about us. But I must say that this never happened again and the coffee was brought very quickly.
We would like to say a big thank you to the whole team for a wonderful holiday! We would be happy to come back again.
