P.Great 1 bed apartment, if you are new to Dubai staying by the Marina will really help you fall in love with Dubai as it has breathtaking views, all your necessities are walking distance, great food options and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff here are awesome....breakfast is below average and I would recommend that they improve the quality of their spread.

U. S.It is perfect accommodation for families who looking forward to stay in Dubai for days. The furniture is comfy and cozy. If you plan to book suite, you will be please to find out that kitchen is fully equipped with necessary equipments. There are two large comfortable sofa in the living room with smart TV, as well as table with chairs where you can eat your meals.
What’s more, the location of hotel is perfect, it is surrounded by beautiful landscape of Dubai Marina. Definitely, you will enjoy the view of buildings, boats, and bluish sea. Don’t worry about stuff shortage or running out of items because you are very close to the supermarket as well as Marina Mall. You can walk to these places with no need for driving car.
If you are in mood to have a coffee enjoy your time without leaving the hotel, you will be happy to know that in the ground floor beside the reception, there is Starbucks Cafe.
This place is highly recommended.
M. H.Great one bedroom apartment on the marina. Short walk to the marina mall or 10 minutes across the bridge to JBR. Great value for money, has washing machine and kitchen with basic facilities. Room cleaned daily, elevators were regular which made it easy to respect social distancing. Loved the little touches such as the welcome pack of snacks and chocolates for New year's Eve. Only complaints - we couldn't regulate the temperature in the room ourselves so had to leave the window open which made it super noisy at night and the pool doesn't open until 8am - and unfortunately was not even open then when I came down one morning to try and get some laps in before the crowd.
Overall great value for money for a great location in expensive Dubai!

K. V.We stayed with Nuran & had to extend a few times. Thanks to Amin, Pratnam & Maica our stay was hassle free. We didn't even have to pack up and move to new room. That's very much appreciated as we had a lot of bulky items besides our luggages with us.
Not forgetting the housekeeping team especially Joseph, they made our extended stay very comfortable.
The apartment we had was a one bedroom, it was spacious, well appointed & well equipped for 2 pax. Made quite a few meals there as Carrefour was just 500m away.
Just a suggestion to mgmt either change the kitchen tap to taller ones or change the sink to deeper ones. It was a bit fiddly washing up pots and pans.

But if you like to have a bit of space, a kitchen yet still get room serviced daily with fresh towels/bedding then this place is for you. Perfect for families.

The view to the Marina is just wonderful and the location itself is just perfect. It's a short walking distance to the beach and even shorter walk to the Marina Mall.
Also the pool and other facilities are lovely and very clean.
Will come back for another stay for sure.

With all the new properties in dubai that is going to be a challenge. However the amenities and people and location make it really great. Definitely recommend.

Staff is the asset of the hotel. The manager Ladie (her actual name) is one of a kind. Quiet location. Front desk extremely helpful. Appartment are large size and all with balconies. The view to the Dubai Marina is wonderful.

B.Strong point of the residence; The location; impeccable; direct access from the residence to the Dubai Marina. 5 minutes from the DMCC station on the red line. |All the staff were friendly and especially JAN at the reception who was able to advise us for our visits. The room with kitchenette and lounge area was spacious and clean. Even if the building is not the most recent it is perfectly maintained and clean, the swimming pool overlooking the marina is pleasant. Very good location, spacious rooms, fairly well-equipped kitchenette. The room located on the pool side can be considered fairly quiet but the rooms on the other side, on the street apartments can be a bit noisy, in the area two grocery stores and Dubai Mall. Free underground parking in the facility. The staff was very helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Fairly well-equipped gym. Ideal location, comfortable exit to the Marina without having to go to the reception.
Disadvantages:
A bit dirty/scuffed walls/curtains/carpets, if you are sensitive to detail it may bother you. Not very comfortable pillows in the bedroom. The air conditioning in the gym did not work effectively.

You arrive from the apartments with direct entrance to the marina, and in the same building there is a boat rental office on the right and left, a two-minute walk, Carrefour and a pharmacy.
Opposite the main gate is a pharmacy, a barber, a grocery store, and a laundry (this laundry is very expensive).
For me, especially with Joe, it's the best choice

S. F.The apartment that was assigned to us unfortunately was on the ground floor so we could not enjoy the beautiful view of the marina. However it was huge and beautiful, two bathrooms, dining room and huge kitchen. Everything super equipped. In the evening we often had dinner at home, because the supermarket was close by. The location is good, because a 5 minute walk away there is the metro and a 5 minute walk away you are on the beach, the only flaw is that you have to cross the overpass and with the Dubai peak, it is a bit tough. The pool area is also very nice, complete with showers and equipped bathrooms.
L. B.We stayed there in April 2013, spending almost a week there. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was unbeatable. At reception, we were treated very kindly and helped with any needs we had, making our stay much easier, including installing a router so we could have free internet in our room. Once in our room, we realized it was a real apartment with very spacious bedrooms and a living room. The bathrooms, of which there were three, were fine, although the one in the master bedroom was better. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they offer free drinks and snacks. The views of the marina are beautiful, and it's lovely to go out onto the terraces for breakfast while overlooking the scenery. They also have private parking. You have to drive around a bit to get in, but then it's very close to the hotel elevator. ||||Leaving the hotel on the left there is a Carrefour supermarket, where you can find everything, there is another minimarket on the right, a pharmacy opposite and a 10-minute walk away, which is difficult to find in Dubai since you almost always have to go by car everywhere, you have the marina with the beach and many terraces to eat and dine of all kinds; I recommend the Butcher Shop Grill that has impressive meat, Paul is a French one that is very good too, Starbucks and there are several Italian, Indian... ||||In conclusion, we will return.

C. M.I was there on New Year's Eve, I often go to Dubai, this residence has an excellent location on the canals of the marina and in 10 minutes, on foot, you arrive at the Beach. It is not luxurious, in fact in my opinion the cost was too high. However, the room (with equipped kitchen) is functional and clean. The bathroom in my apartment definitely needed renovation, a bit old!
N. “. m.I stayed for five nights at the hotel. The apartments are suitable for families. They are very clean. The service is a bit slow. The location is good. All services are available. I might stay there again, but the JBR hotels are still the best and most enjoyable.
C. S.I made a reservation for this hotel with Decolar for the period from 10/04 to 10/14. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and discovered that my reservation had been canceled by Decolar and I had not been able to contact the company. The employee who helped me reassured me and gave us the last room they had available, which was the largest room in the hotel, much larger than the one I had reserved. He asked me to rest and that he would try to contact the company the next day. We slept and in the morning I spoke to the daytime employee who told me that she was waiting for the reservations department to open so she could try to resolve the issue. I went to my already scheduled flight and when I returned I was informed that the reservation had in fact been canceled by Decolar and that in order to stay I would have to pay for a new reservation. Everyone was very helpful and gave me the biggest discount possible for that huge room with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room and a breathtaking balcony. In short, I paid them less than I paid for Decolar for a much smaller room. This hotel was very generous with us.||All the staff are amazing, very friendly, kind and attentive.||The hotel is very well located, has a mini market inside and is about 2 or 3 minutes from Carrefour. If you walk about 6 minutes you will reach the Dubai Marina Mall and with about 10 or 11 minutes walk you will reach the beach known as JBR. The place is magical and it is worth going there.||I emphasize that everything in Dubai is very far away, and I recommend having a car, but for everyday walks, or visits to the beach or markets, this is the ideal hotel.||I hope to return to Dubai one day and I will definitely stay there.||Congratulations

I can't just use my hotel key to get into the underground parking garage, and the same goes for the pool! | The service in the room is so-so! There's always something missing!! The air conditioning is extremely difficult to operate! You can get to the Dubai Marina Mall very quickly!

The location is perfect, there is a supermarket, beach, promenade, metro nearby, all this is within walking distance. Cleanliness everywhere, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, excellent shower accessories, clean towels, cleaning every day! The view from the apartment is simply stunning on the Marina. I will be happy to come back here again. | Of the minuses: few kitchen utensils, there was not enough cutting board and glasses. But that's if you really want to nitpick.
