A. G. N.I had an incredible time at Pullman Dubai Downtown from the moment I stepped inside the hotel. Every member of the staff treated me with upmost respect and smiles. The room was incredible and clean with an amazing view towards the canal and Burj Khalifa aswell as other amazing buildings.
The breakfast was one of the best and well organized with vast food and drinks.
The hotel was well equipped with any facility to make your stay the best.
MANY thanks to the entire staff team, I will definitely return to Pullman Dubai Downtown and visit Pullman Hotels in other locations.

T. M.Great room and location of the hotel! But the hotel facilities are clearly not designed for such a large number of visitors. There are 20 sun loungers by the pool, which are occupied during the first hour of the pool's operation. The breakfast is very modest, if you come at 9 am - you stand in line for a table to be freed.
C. O.I have to say, this hotel has sold me on the Pullman Hotel brand. The room was exceptional, with amazing views, very clean, and had perfect amenities. The hotel itself was beautiful and colourful, with the best ambience and atmosphere. The breakfast, dinner, and drinks were tasty and offered lots of variety. The Lolita bar and hotel amenities were perfect and could easily tempt you to stay indoors. The steam room, sauna, pool, spa, and gym were all exceptional and well-equipped. The location was perfect.
Finally, and most vital for me, the customer service was beyond excellent. Amit was my favourite representative at the Lolita bar. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional.

He made sure we were given proper attention after learning we have senior citizens with us. It is a relief to find such courtesy and hospitality when travelling abroad especially coming from our region. Pullman service to guests is first class.
M. S.We had a disappointing experience at Pullman Downtown during our stay with our 10-month-old child. To our surprise, they were unable to provide suitable baby food. When we inquired, we were offered pasta —hardly appropriate for an infant.
While the breakfast options for adults were excellent, there was nothing suitable for our baby.
Though the property itself is wonderful, it is far from baby-friendly.

M. A.No issues with the hotel side, staff were very nice and accommodating. The duty managers were awesome. However we had a very bad experience with the hotel tour guide Sayf who arranged our desert safari. We were provided the wrong timing for the cruise, 3pm instead of the actual 2pm. When we showed up the driver stated that we were late and everything from there just snowballed where we couldn’t really enjoy much as all was too rushed. We paid extra for the desert dune buggy where the guides there put us behind some old couple who got us stuck in the sand as they wouldn’t drive fast enough to climb the hills thus wasting our precious 10-15 mins from the hour booked. We couldn’t take our sunset shoots due to timing and the food at the camp was inedible. We actually witnessed a couple leaving after taking a bite from their plates. I couldn’t eat either, the meat was tasteless and the lamb/beef meat smelled horrible. When I spoke to Sayf regarding my experience, he didn’t do much and we left the hotel feeling ripped off. I don’t think I can speak highly of the service we were provided at Pullman due to our experience with Sayf.

G. M.It was really nice staying at pullman downtown. Madhu from housekeeping was an absolute delight and extremely hands on. From toilets to beds everything was beyond satisfaction and even if cleaning was required many times due to kids in the room, it was done with a smile.
The hotel is located extremely well with a beautiful canal side on one side and burj kalifa on the other. The front office as well as the bell staff was extremely courteous.

The restaurants within the hotel are wonderful especially the bakery and cafe. The most amazing feature of the hotel is then rooftop pool area that has an incredible view of Burj Khalifa. At night expect amazing cityscape views that will leave you in awe.

After flying in and arriving tired after a journey at 22:00pm, to find that the room I had paid for was not ready is unacceptable! Check in is from 14:00. Poor service.

My father stayed with you last year and shared many wonderful stories about his experience, so it was an easy decision for my mother and me to choose your hotel for our stay this year.
We spent a fantastic week with you from November 6th to November 12th. It’s not easy to put all the positive impressions we experienced into words, but I’ll try.
From the very first moment at the reception, we were greeted by a lady with a warm smile and exceptional kindness. The porter was incredibly helpful in every way, even assisting me with setting up my phone.
From the housekeeping staff to the poolside team, every single person was endlessly kind. I was already impressed by the overwhelming hospitality we received at the very start of our stay.
And then came breakfast the next day.
Where do I even begin…
The selection was amazing—perfect, really—and I don’t think it could get any better. There was a young man (a tall, slim gentleman) on the service team who attended to all our needs and even managed to accommodate my gluten-free dietary requirements. That brought me immense joy, as it allowed me to fully enjoy breakfast.
Their attentiveness and warm personalities truly brightened every morning for us.
I find it important to mention that we are from Hungary and run a hospitality business ourselves (a guesthouse and a restaurant), so we are well aware of both the challenges and joys of this profession.
All in all, I cannot praise the hotel staff highly enough.
The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location, but it’s the staff who give the place its heart and soul.

The room was comfortable, though we expected a bit more of the Burj Khalifa view(we booked with BK view). The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a nice mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff throughout our stay were very polite and accommodating, making our experience pleasant. Overall, it was a good stay with attentive service.

We claimed at the reception about it and they did provide with an extra bed for one of them. That was not an appropiate room for a family of 4 that we were expecting from a hotel like this one.

The hotel impressed me from the start. As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who were always helpful and attentive. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant and modern.
My room was not only clean but also comfortably furnished. The view of the city was particularly impressive - a real highlight that made the stay unforgettable.
The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. The large selection of fresh food started every morning perfectly.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its central location, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. I felt completely comfortable and can only recommend a stay here!
S. C.I stayed at the Pullman Hotel over the New Year period and I can say that although the experience was not exciting, I was still satisfied overall. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strong points: central and convenient for easily reaching the main attractions.
The rooms, unfortunately, were a disappointment. The finish and size did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category, and some appliances were damaged. Check-in was also quite slow, but it must be said that the staff, although busy, were always helpful and courteous.
Breakfast was a real highlight: plentiful, varied and of high quality. A great way to start the day. However, the pool has had limited availability, with spaces often full and difficult to book.
Finally, although the price for the New Year period was quite high, I found it still competitive for the area, considering the overall quality of the hotel. In summary, a stay which, although not without flaws, proved to be satisfactory.

S.The hotel was excellent, but I was surprised when I checked in and they asked me to have a 500 dirham charge on my card in case I used any of their facilities and they would deduct it from my account?! Honestly, that's strange! If I want to use something, why would they deduct it from my card directly? And it wasn't clear from the moment I booked this!
But overall, the hotel's location is close to almost everything, their breakfast is delicious, they offer free valet parking, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing.
