One of the best stay options in Downtown. Location is super convenient, right there on the metro junction of Burjmann. Rooms are neat and clean, staff is super helpful and very professional. Multiple options for dining, would recommend RAdda Kitchen- delicious food with great ambience and entertaining live performances. Great value for money option from all aspects.

The place is good, also it’s near the centre. Walkable distance to burjuman metro station. Opposite carrefour and burjuman mall. Very pleasant place. But it’s not a no smoking area. The place reeks of cigarette smell as soon as you step into the hotel lobby and mostly near reception area. Should carry an adapter for charging your electronics if you are from India.

Rooms are good but this hotel seems like an old dubai hotel. The interior, furniture, equipments, etc everything was outdated. They need a retouch.

Perfect. High Quality to Price ratio. Clean large rooms, large beds, a clean bath tub in the room, plenty of warm water, breakfast in accordance with your wishes, every question that you have is professionally handled and customer friendly answered. Enough supply of water in the room. European hotels can still learn a lot from hotels in Dubai. Not a functional hotel. Staff follow processes and procedures but are also able to work outside the box with customer focus

Nice hotel to stay in Dubai. Good ambience... Nice breakfast... My only point is that there is no smoking rooms available in the entire hotel. If you want to smoke, you have to come all the way to lobby and go out of the door. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

Very nice hotel at the heart of the city. Nice location.... rooms are also big and good. Price wise is also OK. Must stay once and enjoy when in Dubai. The hotel is just opposite to Burjuman Metro station and Burjuman Mall. Lots of restaurants are there near by.

I stayed here for my visit last week, and it was really comfortable and nice. The entrance is beautiful, and the hotel is located at a prime location opposite a mall and stores. The rooms were good, but I felt they could have been alot more cleaner as the carpet was dusty and the bathroom showed signs of having been not renovated for sometime. The breakfast was included in our stay package, and was a spread of quiet a few varieties. There's R ADDA here, which is a haunt for people on Thursday night. I visited the swimming pool on the 4th day of my stay and it was clean and nice but on the last day of my visit to the swimming pool I saw cigarette buds in the pool which was totally not expected and the pool was not usable! No staff was nearby to complain for same and so we spoke to the reception guys while leaving. There are many stores around this area and even good vegetarian food joints so incase you need to buy something in an urgency or plan lunch or dinner outside of the hotel there are good options. Overall my stay was pleasent, but I suggest the hotel take care of the cleaning. As for recommendations for this place, yes it is recommended for a family stay or a couple stay as well.

Affordable hotel with great access to the metro station just a few yards. Food isn't the best for breakfast not a lot of choices. Don't make a mistake with your booking and they'll happily rip your wallet off at least with a specific hotel staff there. They won't honor what you have reserve. I made a reservation for a twin bedroom bec my relative is staying with me. He gave me a king size bed room and insisted that it's okay he will provide an uncomfortable extra bed in room. Room have leaks in the bathroom from a/c unit pipes they just throw some towel for it when i mentioned it. The bath tub can use a new cover layer, bath towel stinks. I made a reservation and made an honest mistake i put one instead of 2 person. If you book online it's the same price either its one or two person staying in the room. But since i made a mistake he charged me the same amount that i had paid for online. Anything that they can extract money from you. So i will recommend not to touch the minibar, water and anything consummable in the room and thats what i did. They need to replace their pillows (hard as a punching bag) very uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff are courteous and respectful. Pros:a few yards away from the metro, mall, cheap local foods behind the hotel, very affordable unless they find a hole to extract money from you. Cons: rockys(bar) on 2nd floor can be heard on 4th floor jamming till 5am, rooms need renovations and more amenities, breakfast included is mediocre. Length of stay 5 days

Old hotel but the room was good as the furniture also Next metro station so you have advantage.. Rate of price is acceptable and average comparing to the same level hotel.. Roof top have very good club for after party like up to 6 am.. Dance..food..shisha all in one place.. The lobby i did not lile it and the old sofa in the lobby beside the color.. The remaining is good

Best rates. Nice location. Metro few steps away that too interchange station Burjuman. Burjuman mall just opposite. Many Indian restaurants are close buy. Much more there in this hotel to make it convenient

One of the good 4 star hotel of DUBAI best part was the location of hotel which is why I selected the hotel as its opposite to Burjuman shopping mall and near to Burjuman Metro Station but hotel has various out let like RADDA Indian music Bollywood dance bar if you like rock music you can visit rock-bottom also TANATAN located on mezzanine floor and yes rooftop party goes till early morning overall a very good hotel. Breakfast was just too good and shoping options around the hotel is also good .rates quite resonable.

The location is ideal, metro with 2 lines, 7 bus stops and taxis right in front of the hotel.!!!! And even the Big Bus Tour stop. Restaurants nearby and even fast food (KFC, McDonald's, etc.) We are well served!!!! The hotel itself is very mediocre, not worth the 4 stars at all. I went to a much better 3 star hotel. The pool was being repaired. The nightclub is very noisy and not very busy!!! As soon as you get in, as soon as you get out!!! The staff is professional and attentive to our needs. I was in a room on the 1st floor, when I asked to change it because it was just above the nightclub, they did it right away!!! The breakfast is very mediocre. The advantage is the free wifi throughout the hotel. I stayed 7 nights in Dubai, I stayed 3 nights in this hotel then 4 nights in a 5 star at the Jumeirah!!! So if like me you are visiting Dubai in 2 parts (city tour then relaxing at Jumeirah) I recommend it. Ask for a room that is not on the 1st floor.

The hotel is only fair in terms of amenities, but it's in a good location. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is very small. However, the main problem is the noise. We asked for a room facing away from the main avenue, and they ignored us. The soundproofing is poor, and the avenue is busy all day long. But at night, the worst thing wasn't the traffic; the main problem was that it has a nightclub that resonates throughout the hotel until 4 a.m. SLEEP IS IMPOSSIBLE. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and the breakfast is just adequate. The Wi-Fi coverage is spotty in some areas.

Excellent city hotel in the business district of Dubai. For little money you can take a taxi to the beach. The metro exit is next to the hotel. Very convenient. A large shopping center and cafes are also nearby. Cleaned daily. The room is clean. Decent breakfast

I travel a lot but only here has something similar happened to me. Reservation paid with credit card 3 months in advance. I arrive for check in early in the morning (I had to buy the day before arrival because they wouldn't give me early check in) and what do they invent?! Because of the late check in (?!?!?) the room was occupied!!! They moved me to another hotel (movement at my expense with very sketchy instructions) and what can I say... filthy place, flooded bathroom, insects everywhere! Disgusting! Never seen anything like it! I paid for a 4 star to be moved to a hostel! A piece of advice... don't book here in Dubai there are much, much better!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again. Room - Very nice staff, room service was great, we had a breakfast buffet, everything was great. Location - Only for people who want to explore Dubai. My daughter would have been bored because the pool was for adults only.

The reception is really cold and sometimes disrespectful. The hotel is clean and large but very noisy because of the disco on the ground floor. Ask for a room higher up. ||A woman alone at the bar is often mistaken for a prostitute; the best thing to do is go for a drink in the city center.
