M. S.I stayed at this hotel for two nights after my flight canceled twice due to once in a life time flood which pounded Dubai in April 2024. It's located in a great spot in Deira with a 5 minute walk to City Center Deira and its metro station. It also offers exceptional clean rooms and a friendly environment and helpful staff which came really handy during that difficult time. Overall, considering staff, location and cleanliness, I recommend this property to everyone who is planning a trip to Dubai.
А. О.Rome City Centre is a wonderful hotel. We were very pleased with its location in a beautiful area near the shopping center and metro station. We were very pleased with the buffet breakfast, the pleasant attitude of the staff, the free swimming pool and the gym. I would also like to highlight the Rodica reception staff, who helped us a lot when checking into the hotel, guided us on services and transfers, because she was fluent in our native (Russian) language. Overall, the Rove Hotel is an excellent choice for a traveler in Dubai.

The service in the restaurant is exceptional, I would like to specially thankt Mr. Sanjay who was very kind to my kids( a family of 4 kids). We were in two rooms, non connecting even tho we asked for it well in advance when we booked the hotel. We had 4 nights and we were not even given the option to shift to connecting rooms. Plus, the hot water/cold water selection in both rooms was not functional. Either it’s too hot or too cold, needs some maintenance. Apart from that, was acceptable!

N.Rooms: rooms are cold, always cleaned and is huge for its price
Service: very friendly staff, always accommodates our needs
Location: very close to everything!! Close to day to day and greenhouse where we bought our souvenirs.
Uber and careem and all the tour drivers were able to find this place easily.

M. T.This hotel is good but it is let down with poor road infrastructure outside, we booked a taxi and waited 45 minute in the taxi and the roads where so jammed that we had to get out and walk to metro.
This hotel is great if you don’t need to go to the airport by taxi or by minibus or by road.
It’s just been built in an area with poor infrastructure which really doesn’t make it worth the risk of missing a flight by staying there.

The hotel excels in every aspect—cleanliness, service, convenient location, shuttle service, air fresheners, and thoughtful amenities like ice dispensers on every floor, a self-service laundry room, and secure lockers. Rove City Centre consistently provides everything I need for a comfortable stay in Dubai.
One small suggestion: the mattress in my room showed signs of wear and might benefit from being flipped or replaced.

Very near to the nearest metro station, so only about 20-25 minutes away from the big place, The Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall.
One final thing. The hotel has a rep that will sort out excursions for you. Ours was ANAM and she made this holiday for us. How? By helping us find the things we wanted to do (and one we didn’t thing we would ever do - the helicopter ride). She found us the best prices for each event and we cannot thank her enough. Thanks.

The place has amazing positive ambience, spacious rooms, relaxing pools, gaming stations and quick service. The best part about this particular hotel is the room delivery service for orders placed in Choitram supermarket, or through food delivery apps. Pool may be a bit small but the vibe is always the same. Special thanks to Mr.Zain for the welcoming and amazing service throughout the stay.

A. J. S.I am only giving a 3 because the floor where they placed us smelled cigarettes on the corridors and in front of our room almost all of our stay. Already reported to the housekeeping and maintenance team but they just put a humidifier, it did help but only a little. Just wanted to give a big kudos to Rodica for making my birthday stay special because of her effort of bringing the Balloons and flowers to the room, that my husband ordered for me.

I. I.Excellent hotel, not the first time I stay. As always, the service is super)))) nice prices and discounts on accommodation. There are many shops and restaurants nearby at affordable prices. Super comfortable transfer from and to the airport. Nearby metro. Nearby river for walks and for a trip on a wooden boat. Transfer to the super good beach Mamzar. I highly recommend for a relaxing holiday and interesting travels around Dubai.
T. M.The hotel is in a convenient location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the metro station and 15 minutes to the bus station. Hygiene is good, but after closing the shower screen door, there will be a gap, so pay special attention to the direction of the shower head when taking a shower. I didn't pay attention when taking a shower on the first night, and half of the bathroom was wet after taking a shower. What I think is the worst thing is the hair dryer. The hair dryer is placed in front of the dressing table and the electric cord is behind the cabinet. Therefore, every time I blow my hair, I have to sit on the dressing table and cannot take it to the bathroom for use. Fortunately, the hair dryer is strong enough and I don’t have to wait too long to blow dry my hair, so I don’t have to sit for a long time while drying my hair.

С. Г.We rested at the beginning of March, the hotel is excellent for all 5 stars. Clean, helpful staff, close to the metro and several large shops, there is no such fuss as in the Marina area. I would especially like to mention Rodika - the best employee of the hotel, she greeted us like family, showed us everything and told us, speaks Russian well. From the airport to the hotel, every 15 minutes every hour, that is ××: 15. There is a bus from the airport T3 to the hotel. You can ask the hotel for the T1 time. After landing, I followed the airport sign and went to the upper floor to wait for the bus. There were several links to the parking spaces, all of which were labeled hotel shuttle. It was a bit confusing for first-time passengers. Fortunately, I asked one of the drivers. He told me to go to the middle of the bus and make an appointment. . . 2) Bus and metro station: A few steps separate you from the nearest metro station and bus station (less than 200 meters)
3) Commercial stores, including cafeterias, groceries, laundry, and barber shops at reasonable prices
4) Commercial mall: Deira City Center is less than 150 meters away
5) DayToday Store: for hardware and daily consumables at the cheapest prices.
A.Thank you! There is a TV, a good shower, rooms with a soft bed. The only thing is that if you put hot or cold water in the shower, it will alternate between hot and cold. There is also a good fitness room. I recommend it to everyone!!! Thanks again, the hotel is great for relaxation and more.

T. M.It is a trustworthy ROVE hotel. I stayed at ROVE HEALTHCARE during my business trip in December, and there is no big difference. However, HEALTHCARE provides a main dish service for breakfast, but here, the staff sometimes give you a menu and explain it, but usually they do not provide any service.
