K."Exceptional Stay at H Hotel, Dubai!"
I had an unforgettable stay at H Hotel in Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. My room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline.
What I absolutely loved about the location was how close it was to some of Dubai’s most iconic attractions. The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain were just a short drive away, making it incredibly easy to explore these landmarks. The hotel is also situated near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
They only thing i say is a 3/5 are the furniture... a little outdated.

In terms of transportation, getting around was a breeze. The hotel offers valet parking, and there are plenty of taxis available right outside the hotel, which made getting to the beach or other popular areas like Jumeirah and Palm Jumeirah effortless. The ease of driving in the area was also a bonus—the roads are well-maintained, and with the hotel being located near major highways, I never had trouble navigating around the city.
Whether you're here for business or a vacation, H Hotel's excellent service, ideal location, and accessibility to major attractions and transportation options make it a perfect choice. I will definitely return on my next trip to Dubai!

I.The Spa! The spa! I can’t rave enough about my experience there. Me and my partner had a couples massage and I still think about it to date. The rooms are quite spacious but outdated. But this doesn’t take away from the experience as it was quite a nice room. The only downside was nothing inside the hotel just the traffic on the way to the hotel, but it’s nothing as bad… otherwise I had a lovely stay and will be staying there again in the future.
D. C.They had a great deal for a weekend getaway and the suite was huge. It was very clean as well but the style and furniture was a bit out dated.
The pool was nice we lounged there in the shade in the afternoon. The pool food was good but over priced. No alcohol is served during ramadan mind you
The breakfast had good variety with a live station for eggs.

Staff
Almost all the staff are friendly especially the valet and concierge. I requested to change the rooms and the reception ignored me.
Rooms
We had connected two rooms specious Bathroom also.
Sea view and the room was clean
The mattress blankets and pillows weren’t 5 stars
Room service is incredible to be honest however I didn’t tried their menu
Price value is spot on
However I don’t recommend the hotel for Saudi Family because there are some outrageous scenes
E. D.I was in your establishment, it was very tasty, I liked it, Russian establishment, live music, very cool atmosphere, good friendly staff, the food is very tasty and I really like it, thank you for having such an establishment
U. M.Overall the experience in the Hotel is good. However, the atmosphere doesn’t feel like a 5 star. Specially that there is no air refreshment and mostly you smell cigarette everywhere even in non-smoking suite.
We asked the housekeeper to bring air refresher and he when he came back after 20 minutes or so, knocked the door once then opened and entered our suite without permission. He assumed that we were not at the suite!! He didn’t even bother to ring the bell or wait for few minutes.
Breakfast buffet is limited however, the chef fulfilled our request when we asked for something not within the buffet.
Last but not least, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families as it has a night club and half or most of its guests are singles or groups of guys or girls.
K. G.My first visit and hopefully not my last as everything was needed was provided as my guest enjoy the hotel and the beautiful eatery that was associated with it. It's the usual stuff every hotel provides but this one is bit vibrant and we'll colonized for business deals. Thanks to the management for upstaging this place with great deals and accommodating.

f. s.The H Hotel Dubai is a nice place but way too overpriced when it comes to F & B services. It was really not nice to see male housekeeping staff cleaning female washrooms, which made me and other visitors very incomfortable.

The H hotel has perfect location overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road and very close to the all city attractions.
We've been there during Christmas. Perfect brunch was organized on the lobby level.
We enjoyed delicious food and cozy atmosphere with live music. I had a massage in the award-winning Mandara Spa and I really felt better and relaxed.
The hospitality and kindness of all staff were extraordinary. The H Hotel also offers various dining and nightlife options.
I really liked room size and an extraordinary view. In the afternoon we've been by the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. My son loved it.
This hotel is exceptional and I will definitely come back again.

D. M.Rooms are pretty great. Old, but with new amenities. TV's were modern, room facilities were excellent. The Executive Suite specifically had a great view of one of the busiest highways of the UAE. Service was S-Tier throughout. Pools were a highlight of the trip, especially for the kids. Breakfast buffet was comparatively smaller but with a huge variety. Location of the hotel is excellent; very close to the airport, close to many famous landmarks (Dubai Mall).

t. t.Nice hotel. The lobby was refurbished last year, but the rooms are getting a bit old. The room are very spacious and the shower is very large.
The gym is quite well equipped. The swimming pool is a bit small, for Dubai's standard and it's in the shadow 80% of the day, and it's facing the parking of the hotel.
The staff is very friendly. The room service is decent in terms of quality, but not exquisite, not really what you would usually expect from a 5* hotel.
A. M.Overall the place was great however the unwilling to help of their Valet Parking staff makes all the difference. I understand they all have their areas of responsibility. However as a hotel, which service is of utmost important, offering help to the guests no matter where your area of responsibility is, should come first at all times. We came from an event and it was this entrance that only has stairs to get in to the lobby, we have our stuff to unload and load back again and staff at the valet parking were just staring at us and didnt have any initiative to help let alone offer help or call the attention of the staff who are in charge of that. Staff at the venue of the event were all very attentive and courteous, I just didnt think the staff at the Valet Parking received that memo.

The reception was excellent and fast.

I visit the Loin and H bars also the Indian restaurants in H tower a nice food restaurant Play lounge. And more than that.
Location on Shaikh Zayed Road so everything is close to you.
The SPA looks good but unfortunately i didn't try it.. My trip was short only one night.
The good thing is one night before I arrived someone form front desk chat with me on what's up to arrange everything before and also when i check in and out that was a a lovely relation so thanks to Grace.

M. s. T.Very nice to look at. Main reception is very new firniture. Rooms furniture a bit outdated and damaged in cetrain rooms. Majority of rooms have stale smell of alcohol and tobacco, the smell a nightmare for asthmatics. Staff are very good kind and helpful and good for conversation reception and breakfast staff and very nice farooz and tanvwer also two Philippine girls in particular .
A. U.I have been to this hotel only for business meets. Approach to hotel and valet is chaotic. It's always super busy. There is no free self parking for visitors. You have to use the valet. Coffee shop in the lobby is nice but pricey.

N. O.One of the best high end brunches in Dubai. The food is the real highlight with some awesome dishes. It can feel a bit weird as it's like being in a hotel lobby if your on the outer tables. That said the great music and choice of wines make up for it. Well worth a visit, one of our top 5 brunches in Dubai.

N.RIGHT- this hotel is great but if you are going there to soak up the sun don’t! The pool and sun beds are all in the shade. If you are lucky the sun will sneak in through the gap in the next door building.

E. D.Classy and elegant hotel! Love the high-ceiling of the lobby and the Modern Arabesque design. The room is spacious and offers a great view of the city (Choose the city view if you can). The pool area was quite windy during our stay but the water is temperature-controlled so we really enjoyed swimming even if the weather was cool.
They have many dining options available but we spent most of our meals at their all-day dining - Eat & Meat. Thank you to Maricon and Ajay for the exceptional service.
We had a Couple's massage at Mandara spa handled by Indonesian therapists Sunar and Rahayu who were both professional and guided us well in our treatment.
Our staycation was nothing short of relaxing. We had a lovely time overall!
