Took longer than expected to talk to someone but once that was sorted, the insurance broker did his best to sort me out. We had some hiccups along the way, regarding documentation from the insurance provider, but they really tried to sort everything out. Communication was a bit staggered at times but in the end they pulled through and were thorough with everything.
