S. G.Quality of the work is fine but I am stumped by their timings. They tried to drop off Laundry at 10.17pm one evening and then I told them please come before 8pm and let me know in advance but still got my laundry at 9pm. Their response was that our google timings show we work till 11pm. From a customers perspective that means you are open till 11 but it doesn’t mean your showing up at my home at that time. If you are comfortable with the late evening visits then give them a try. I would prefer someone who operates in standard working hours and doesn’t drop by at bedtime.
N. R.I have been using this laundry company for personal use as well as for my holiday home company, and I genuinely have only the very best experience with Kamran and his team! They always keep a close eye on my linens and towels for my holiday homes to make sure they do not come back to me with any marks, which makes helps me a great deal in making sure nothing stained or dirty reaches my guests. They are super proactive in picking up the laundry whenever I message them and they are almost always deliver it back to me within one or two days. Definitely recommend them for other holiday home companies as well as personal use!
