My experience at Topcare Veterinary Clinic was truly outstanding and worth sharing. I brought my beloved street cat, Cludy, who had fallen ill, to this clinic on the recommendation of Dr. Ahmed from Alqaysar Vet Est. from Wathba. I was initially hesitant due to financial concerns, but the staff at Topcare put my worries at ease from the moment I walked in. The reception was warm and welcoming, and I immediately felt a sense of reassurance. I explained my budget limitations to them, and they assured me that they would take that into consideration while providing the necessary care for Cludy. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to both Cludy and myself throughout the entire visit. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which further added to my confidence in their services. Dr. Ahmed and the other veterinary professionals conducted a thorough examination of Cludy and recommended appropriate medication for his condition. They also offered me a discount on the total bill, as promised, which was a tremendous relief. I cannot express enough how grateful the amazing team of veterinary professionals at Top care Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional care and expertise throughout the procedure. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that mother and 5 kittens are healthy. I was very new to keeping one mother cat with 5 kittens in my room who walked in my door. I was not sure if they were healthy or not. I called this clinic and talked with Mr Ali. He was so kind, he listened to all my problems and he assured me that we will not charge you for this time and bring all the cats with 5 babies. I went there and they all have been so kind. The Egyptian doctor trimmed the mother cat and inspected all of the 6 and advised me a lot on how to keep them. Trust me this entire team is an awesome human being.we could not be more thankful with the level of care we received. 💯 Thank you so much dear doctor and Mr ail. May Allah bless you all.💐
