Reviews of Wheeplay
R. A.Nice clean play area with many kid’s activities, staff continuously clean the area. There is snow area, big clean play area which is visible from waiting area. There is car racing area and jumpers area.
A. A.Decent play place... pros would be the fact that ages 1-10 have plenty to do and play on-climbing area, slides, trampolines, play kitchen, painting area. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful
Cons
-Car driving stuff was broken when we went and that's the main reason we visited.
-Not exactly the cleanest place definitely needs some work there and definitely not organized well
-One staff member that was in charge of keeping time on the trampoline wasn't actually keeping track I had 3 kids paid for and instead of keeping track of their time she just kept track of their time as a whole ie all 3 kids started jumping, 2 left, but she still decided to keep track like they were all still jumping. She then lied and changed her story in front of her, I'm assuming, manager 3 times. Manager or whomever handled it thankfully but...something they need to work on. Or maybe just do a flat jumping fee for their time there to save from issues.
We won't go back unless these things are addressed.... this place has the ability to be awesome.

w.It was really nice to leave my child here while I'm shopping. One time my daughter was asking for help and I saw the staff assisting her with a smile, and I was glad I left her with the right people. Love it here, love this place and the staff. ❤️
U. F. M.Good place for kids to have fun with whee car, climb wall, soft play area and small football cum basketball court. Our kids had a lot of fun and the staff were very good.
