We took this lounge without knowing you have to take a Bus/Train from Concourse C.. so getting there was quite the challenge. The Lounge is ok-food was nice, nothing too sophisticated but fine. Food choices are somewhat disappointing.. lots of sitting places with everything you need to charge your electronics. You can also take a shower here

An amazing experience overall. Definitely worth it. Especially if going to Umrah and stopping over in Dubai, can shower here and eat good food! Staff are very friendly, we were served and seen to by brother Nadir, very pleasant and warming to speak with!

Lovely ambience with great food selection. The staff, Acezelle was approachable and helpful. Overall, i love the experience except for the cost of shower which is 32$. They have to lessen the price because only the shower unit and water will be used as I have all the things with me even towel.☺️

Very spacious and clean. Nice staff. Small selection of food, but it's hot and there is a bar as well. There are outlets everywhere which is a plus and a wide variety of seating for groups and solo travelers. I will revisit in the future.

A long layover needs a place to rejuvenate and refresh after being stuck in an uncomfortable seat for so many hours, moreso if you cant even get a shuteye. Thank god for lounges 👍🏻 this lounge is quite huge with many seats and yeah, they are comfortable. In terms of food, there are quite a few to choose from, mains and deserts. What i go for is normally juices and coffee ( dont think they serve beer here anyway). There are charging ports in every seat which is velcome indeed. What is great is there is a smoking lounge inside without the need to search for one outside. Thats the reason for the 5th 🌟 🤣 its well patronise and service is quick to clean up. Its quite expensive to enter unless you have certain credit cards which entitled you a certain number of times a year. There are ample signages pointing you to the lounger elevator so its not hard to find it.

I highly recommend this place. From the checking in/reception all through my 6 hour stay was an awesome experience. There is nothing better than meeting friendly faces and people willing to make you feel comfortable after and before long flights. The restaurant has an array of awesome food, I was welcomed and assisted by Acezelle who is very friendly and helpful. The shower is fully equipped and clean and even there the staff are amazing. This is indeed a great place for relaxation after and before flights and good value for money.

Had a 9 hour layover and had booked in for 6 hours to the Lounge. Really friendly welcome to the Lounge- got there at 7am, it was bustling but plenty seats left. There are different seating options, single booths, fully enclosed pods, open comfy seating, seating within the bar area and seating within the kitchen area. It was all very comfortable. Food and drinks were help yourself outwith beverages from the bar- friendly staff. Make sure to have your boarding pass when ordering from the bar. You are also able to book into the shower facilities- you book a slot but they were flexible when I asked to go for a shower earlier which was appreciated. There was a break whilst they prepared for lunch service just before midday- colleague She was very helpful and came and found me once this was ready which saved me going to and fro from the kitchen area back to my seat. She was helpful in arranging the trending Dubai chocolate for me to purchase and was able to take it to my seat to purchase whilst eating lunch which was great. Super way to spend my long layover- thanks! 😊

The Dubai plaza premium lounge is an experience in itself. The staff and amenities are really good. Daniello and Abdul were very friendly and accommodating, making my family and I very welcomed and looked after . Highly recommend

This is a decently nice lounge at Concourse A. If you need to travel here from other terminal, you need to take a train, + 5 mins walk. About 15 mins journey in total. The lounge has ample space, bar area, dining area, sofa area, sleeping pods and individual pods for work. Food here is generally good too. They have shower facilities as well, but it all depends on your card accessibility. Some cards only allow 2 hrs lounge access, WITHOUT shower facilities access. For this, you need to pay US$25 for shower, if needed. For those card with 3 hrs lounge access, you will get to use the shower facilities, however, they only provide basic amenities, shower gel, shampoo, and towel, etc. if u need tooth brush + tooth paste, you need to pay US$2 at the reception.

I visited Plaza Premium with my family for the first time and had a great experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices for both breakfast and lunch. Drinks were excellent, especially the coffee and masala tea. The staff was very welcoming, and Nadir Ali was kind and helpful in addressing my dietary restrictions and answering our questions. Nice guy working at the front, and same for people inside too. Everything was clean and sleek and lots of seating options. And a lot of private spots too which I appreciate. Actually found a space that was like a private room with a door too. Pretty nice to relax. Food Was absolutely delicious! I'm usually always looking for the meat options and trying to find the best lean protein source. But today I actually will loved all the vegetable options that were by the salad bar! The Tabouleh was beautiful! So lovely. I could have had a painful on its own. There was also some kale, carrot, broccoli salad contraption which had a really nice sauce to it. Such a good one. Same with another vegetable item. I'm not sure if those were chunks of carrots or what vegetable, but it was really really nice and favor for. These three vegetable options were the top. I really love the creamy hummus and tzatziki sauce as well. I had both of these with some of the sesame lavash bread and it was really nice. They had other bread options as well And I really wanted to try the Arabic bread (and maybe some flaxseed bread) but everything was all out when I got there. Hot bar had some good options too. Actually hot food at just the right temperature. There was a green chicken curry that was really nice; Good amount of spiciness as well. Moroccan chickpea tagine dish was good too, just needed m a little bit of spice. Pasta was simple but flavorful. Tried the Mini vegetable wraps and those were just okay. To be honest I would not recommend.

Fantastic lounge with separate play area for Kids. Food was great and had good mention of ingredients and perfect if you are a vegetarian. I highly recommend Indian vegetarians to use this lounge. I still remember their Delhi lounge was just a replica of this. In short a good. One suggestion: Alongwith Arabic bread add Chappatis as well. But their basmati rice are beast.

Believe the positive reviews. Staff are lovely and the food selection at lunch was fantastic, the Thai green curry with shrimp and squid was particularly good as was the vegetable biriyani. I’m not a vegetarian but I loved the vegetarian dishes. We visited lunchtime mid-week and the place was practically deserted.

The best lounge we have used at Dubai airport. Lovely, friendly staff, very comfortable surroundings (we especially enjoyed sitting in the Bedouin tent to read our books) The food was very good and varied with a good selection of fresh salads. The cakes looked very good although I was too full to sample them. The toilets and other facilities were scupulously clean and well supplied with hand wash etc. I would recommend the Plaza Premium Lounge over any other I have used. Thank you.

I was hesitant to enter this lounge because I always got disappointed from these airport lounges but I was wrong , the lounge is very good and food is even much better quality that Emirates business class lounges . Bravo , only some of the alcohol selection are chargable but that’s ok in return to other goods things .

Everything was fine, there were enough snacks, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks, there were even two smoking rooms! Toilets clean. I can't say anything about the alcoholic bar's offerings. Dining tables, comfortable armchairs with side tables, an Arabic living room with flat cushions and solo cabins for sleeping breaks were available, but these were all occupied when I arrived.

The cheapest lounge at Dubai airport is located in Terminal A and has some facilities for working, resting or having a light meal between flights or during longer connections. If you can book in advance, it is even cheaper. I recommend it.
