I'd been dealing with so many property dealers over the past 3 years and somehow always ended up with someone who just didn't seem interested to get the job done.
Chloe was the exact opposite of every negative experience I've ever had with real estate in Dubai. She was attentive, prompt, took notes of what my requirements were, kept me posted with everything that was going on, was super professional in all her dealings, made sure everything was in writing to avoid gaps and best of all - Punctual!

E. A.If I had to chose one real estate agent in Dubai who stands well above others- it must be Suhaila. I have heard about her for some time, but earlier this year had an opportunity to work with her directly on purchasing my house. I initially reached out to about 8 agents. Half of them expressed no interest in working with me and did not even respond, even though I was looking in the geography of their expertise. Two have had an initial conversation with me, gathered my requirements, and then disappeared. One continued to stay in touch with me and clearly showed interest, but was unable to offer options suitable to my requirements. And then there was Suhaila who provided me with at least two options on a weekly basis. I honestly don't know how she does it. She was able to get me options that no one else could. True professional who knows what she is doing while knowing and understanding customer requirements.
