The food and service were fine, but I was really disappointed with how they handled a small situation. My 9-month-old was just playing with their menu card and ended up taking it, which I didn’t think was a big deal. I mean, he’s only 9 months old—what harm could he possibly do? They could have at least given him something appropriate to play with instead.

I must acknowledge the restaurant's efforts to deliver great service levels. I haven't tried to dine in. However, every thing else was of high standards. I liked their clean kitchens, the way they receive and process orders. Their food quality, packing, sauces. Update. Their dining experience is great. I tried the cordon Bleu.

The Shawarma was amazing tasty ! The best eaten so far in Abu Dhabi. In addition to this, all the guys there are mega friendly and nice. We got offered a drink and some meat samples while waiting for our food to be done. Everyone smiling and helpful !

Today, the order was from my favorite restaurant, Zain. I love their shawarma, literally, it is serious, it is very clean, and the taste is not the best restaurant that has been able to prove itself in a short period of time. What is nice is that it is still at the same distinguished level. My order was chicken and Mexican beef shawarma. We were really happy. For me, Al Zain Shawarma is number 1 in Abu Dhabi and deservedly so God willing, you will continue with the same wonderful level and distinguished service
