5/5 The restaurant is located at Al Qana. The outdoor seating is lovely during the beautiful weather. It’s near the fountain which adds a nice touch. The menu has a good variety for all kinds of eaters. They begin by serving you complimentary bread with oil and spicy dip. We had the lentil soup with was hearty and delicious and a cabbage and beetroot salad. For the main course we had the beef cheek risotto. The meat was tender and succulent and the plate was delicious. We also had the chicken taco and the chicken was surprisingly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prices are reasonable and the great service, delicious food, and lovely ambiance make this place a must visit. A special thanks to Melvin, Eugene, May, Ahmad (with the pepper), and the team for their great service. Highly recommended for a business lunch, couple night out, or a cup of coffee with friends.

A few weeks ago I went online in one of my Abu Dhabi food review groups asking for recommendations for a restaurant with a view and the best food at Al Qanah. Many people said Oii and boy am I happy they did. Yesterday I hosted 40 friends and family members for Eid lunch at Oii and it was fabulous. From the minute they set the food on the table people were so pleased and you know it’s hard to please the masses. First let me discuss the scenery. Situated steps away from the National aquarium, the prayer room and bathrooms on the other side and in front of the marina and a lovely water fountain, Oii is situated perfectly. It is close to the escalator and elevator as well so you have easy access to your car. You can take another set of elevators up to access the overlook bridge that gives you an amazing view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. They have sliding glass doors that open that allows you to sit inside and outside and that’s how they set our party up. There was more than enough room and we didn’t feel crowded in the least. Great layout. The food. We started with bread, olive oil and some heavenly creams to dip them in. Next they serve two kinds of salad, a beetroot salad and a heavenly tomato salad. We argued over which was the best. Hands down we were the winners cause they were both mouthwatering. Next they served the mains, Spanakopita (my goodness), chicken on top of polenta (I legit dreamt about it) and the juiciest lamb on top of couscous. By then we were stuffed so we stopped for pics and then returned to the table where they served the BEST tiramisu and their take on Lougamat with ice cream on the side. This was a special set menu, so we paid 160 pp. Well worth the price. They had chicken tenders or spaghetti options for the kids who were very pleased with their meals. Picture this, not one complaint from 40 people, teens and kids were happy and smiling and ain’t without one word. Lol! The staff: I worked with Melvin who was so patient and accommodating and responed back to any of my queries instantly! His team made sure everyone was fed, provided crayons and placemats to color for the kids and were always checking in to see if we needed anything. If you are looking for date night options: Oii. If you are looking for family/friends gathering: Oii. If you are looking for a place to go to sit and mind your business, people watch and enjoy some amazing food: Oii. Great prices, amazing food, and beautiful scenery, just steps from the many amenities that Al Qanah offers. Oh and lastly, you get to smash a plate when you leave. The kids, teens and adults LOVED this farewell to lunch so much. I’m hoping they forget about it so us parents don’t wake up to re-enactments this morning. Lol!

My daughter and I recently had a delightful lunch at Oii. The food was delicious, and our waiter, Hocine, was excellent. He was very professional, efficient, helpful when it came to my dietary restrictions, and so pleasant and personable. He made our day with his courtesy and kindness.

OMG! This is something you would never miss in Abu Dhabi, The perfect balance of ambience, quality and taste. Its my 14th visit here so far and I cant wait to share my feelings in details. Food: almost each and every dish from Menu I tried, its very difficult to choose 1. Supper Yummy food. Quality: I would rate 10 out of 10 in terms of quality. Location: I think this is perfect location for person like me, as a Traveller, classy UAE resident, Entertaintment lover chilax with view, weather, rishness balance with culture and Fun. Price: Its good as what you get as quality and the place. Opps, I have a lot to write about selection later on.

The ambience, staff and location are Top Notch … I’ve ordered a Cortado and the Saganaki…the cortado is one of the best I have ever, while the Saganaki is the best Saganaki hands down…I’ve stayed in Greece for over 3 years and I’m comparing it to the Saganaki over there, this is way more tasteful. The explosion of flavors and the flavor of thyme kicking-in is phenomenal 👏🏻👏🏻

I had really high hopes for this place, but it was a bit of a let down. I was most disappointed by the Greek salad. It was supposed to feature heirloom tomatoes, but the one I received wasn't ripe and wasn't heirloom. I had to ask them to remake it with the proper ingredients. I felt awkward having to ask for that, but you shouldn't cheap out on the main ingredients in a dish. The lamb gyro and parmigiana were OK, but not good enough to make me want to go back. The restaurant itself doesn't have its own bathroom, which was a bit of a hassle

A delicious café or restaurant with a beautiful place and sea view and they have a delicious and hearty breakfast and I thank the employee (edirisa+Hussain) for his service to us very handsome and smiling. I returned to the restaurant and tried it again for dinner. The food was very delicious. The best thing was the risotto and corn ribs. The restaurant is suitable for having a light meal and enjoying the view of the canal. It is not suitable for gatherings because the prices are high. There is no entertainment, meaning the atmosphere is boring. Their meals are delicious but not filling. It is good for photography or if you are full and just going to have fun..
