Had a great Afternoon Experience together with my family. They made our day extra special as they surprised as with a special cake that says “Congratulations”. I was with my sister and she was pregnant with her first baby. These 3 mafia Girlie,Jane & Nurzat are asset of the place. They really went extra mile to make their guest very happy. Great job

Tried their afternoon tea to see what the hype is all about. First of all it's too expensive for what it is. Taste wise It's okay, I'd say Bijou is better than this. The location is great as you can just walk to Dubai mall.

A lovely experience with the traditional afternoon tea. We had excellent service from the ladies in the tea yesterday even though it seemed that they were understaffed. We enjoyed our afternoon tea a lot and will definitely return again soon. The only disappointment was that there isn’t enough savory and hot snack options so we had to order falafels and sambosa as extra sides and pay extra in addition to the afternoon tea, to make up for this.

I had an afternoon tea with friends and my daughter, and the experience was wonderful. Jane was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs/requests. Ambience is stunning, especially in the evening. I absolutely recommend the place!

My friend and I have reserved a table for an afternoon tea and we had a wonderful time. They seemed understaffed as there were only 2 ladies for the entire lounge, but the food was delicious! Great variety of sandwiches and sweets, more than expected. They do not offer refill, but at the end, once you get through the stand you are full anyway. They have also accepted our Entertainer voucher, which was additional plus. The lady mentioned that a new afternoon tea was coming in February, so we will definitely be back.

Came for afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was first class. Jane was especially attentive and was in the midst of serving some very difficult customers. As it was Eid we assumed no deals were available but when it came to the bill Munish (manager) gave us info on all deals we could use and it ended up being 2 for 1. In addition they called ahead to another lounge to check availability for us. Would recommend to all 😊

A tea lounge next to the lobby of the Palace hotel. Like the hotel, the Arabic interior is wonderful. There are two types of afternoon tea: English and Arabic. The photo is in English. After the welcome drink, you can freely choose TWG tea, coffee, and soft drinks from the drink menu. 180dhs/per, entertainer voucher included.
