I like that they made an effort to decorate the restaurant for the occassion (Valentine's Day) It is value for money considering the unlimited seafood, live station, drinks - hot and cold and their desserts are yum! Shoutout to our server, Angelika. She is pleasant, always smiling considering it is a busy day. I just find the venuw quite warm, perhaps because it is crowded. Will def come back!

Angelica and Winnie gave us exceptional service. Food is good as well. The atmosphere is only good eating and not conversing as the music can be quite so loud.

We visited Spice Island on the 16th for dinner. Our expectations were high but it were let down by the service and cooking staff attitude. The seafood live cooking person was not polite and insulted me for going back to get more. Also he gave very little even upon asking... Kept making food for his favorite clients and giving them more and more every time they came back. It looks like he was only interested in serving them. The roast beef station had very small piece of roast beef which was never replaced even upon asking, and the cold seafood station took one hour to refill even upon asking many times. The mixed seafood curry dish was almost empty and was never refilled even when asking. After our experience we have no plans to go back to the restaurant again. My advice would be to train your staff in how to deal with customers and improve your service for future to avoid such experiences of your customers. Thanks Faisal

The buffet offered an extensive selection of dishes, and each one was absolutely delicious. The variety truly catered to different tastes, which made our lunch enjoyable for everyone in the group. I would also like to commend the gentleman who assisted our group that day—he was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Special mention goes to Ivee for her warm hospitality and welcoming demeanor. Her attentiveness throughout our visit made the experience even more memorable. Thank you Team. We eat here because one of my friends recommended it; he said the food was nice. And yes, the food is tasty and nice if only they can refill them immediately, and there is a lot of queue in the seafood and noodles area. When you ask them to cook seafood and noodles, they will just inform you to please come back when it is done, or we will just serve it on your table, but that is not true when you go back to take the food you asked them to cook; it is all gone because they already served it to the other person 👎.Which is not good. The place is a little bit dark and because of that, we didn't notice that wepaid more. .We are only 9 (8adults and 1child). Just a suggestion: there are a lot of things to improve. You already have good food; why not check out the other services? It's not giving five-star services.

Visited this place last month. Food- I would say it is not value for money. Not much tasty. Services- they are very attentive and helpful with all of my requests. Ambiance- its a huge place, can bring family for a celebration. Just need improvement for the Sounds and lights specially for the band.

Fabulous Friday Brunch at @spiceislanddubai Crown plaza Deira Dubai. There are different food stations serving sushi,Indian,Arabic Mongolian,Mexican, Italian,western and Thai . lobster,crab, assorted fish Great Salad Options, Live Cooking Stations and everything you can imagine. The Buffet Spread was amazing and so fresh and delicious.. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Desserts was Delectable and Delightful. I enjoyed with my Son their amazing AMBIANCE and FOOD. Do not miss this opportunity if visiting Dubai or you live in UAE. will definitely going to go back again ..

My overall stay at Crowneplaza Deira was good. The hotel isn't new ,but the staff is very good , dedicated and committed. From reception, bellboys, housekeeping and staff serving in restaurants are doing their best to make the stay comfortable. I would like to thank Johanna ,Tara , Marry Ann and Jerry at lounge club . Also all tge staff serving breakfast. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay .

This is a beautiful restaurant that does not serve set menus. No, there are several cooking islands where you can offer selected vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. There are only first-class products and although we are not fond of the 'all you can eat' principle, this was a culinary experience. Next time again!
