I have had breakfast from Zaatar , and Mr. Jefferson has always been pleasant, kind and welcoming. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service is excellent. Highly recommend for those who look for a slow easy peaceful Saturday morning start.

First time ever to get disappointed with zaatar w zeit. You changed the packaging for delivery and wraps arrived squashed. Bread is also changed to much thicker one. Filling was very little, many bites without filling at all just bread

The place and service are good. The food was mod to low and over priced for the quality you receive. I had chicken tender kids meal for my kid. It was served brown (amost burned) the chicken was not tender at all. It was hard and my kid couldn't complete it. The meal came with fries and it was good and fresh apples juice which my kid liked. I ordered the Angus burger, it was disappointing and over priced(44AED). The size was very small compared the with the capture in menu. The beef pattie was not big enough and it was filled with ketchup and mayonnaise. I felt bad after eating it. I ordered a small bottle of water and it was for 8AED, well it's just a small bottle of water I mean I don't care imported from Lebanon or anywhere else. The service was good and staff was friendly, my kid enjoyed coloring while waiting but food was very average or below.

I come here often with my daughter, who loves their chicken nuggets/ strips meal. All staff members are very helpful and cheerful and demonstrates different professional aspects. One name to remember from their amazing staff is Josephe who never fails to bring some coloring books to my daughter and is always very helpful - i would recommend the place to any one with kids having to have a good meal for the both of u :)

If you need a place to eat within Springs Souq this is a mid level location. I would say the waiters are at minimum level (not really looking much after you, not really capable to take an order efficiently and fast, probably trying to repeat your order 3 times if you go a bit off script). Food is just fine, nothing special nothing bad, average would do. Possibly the upside is that price is affordable compared with other places. In my view a place I will not repeat because I think there are better curated options within the mall, but I also know that this mall hasn't got the biggest profitability in town, so it means that places struggle to get investment from their operators in general. So that's it: if you are in a rush to eat something, the place will do, but if you have some time and care about tasty well prepared and delivered,... maybe look for another location.

I have visited this restaurant more than once and every time I sit on the balcony and choose a table and ask to open the umbrella, they tell me that it does not work, move to another table, a well-known restaurant like this may not have something that does not work Thank you.

A place where they serve very well prepared Ramen by a Japanese Chef with a Michelin star. Good tempuras. Dynamic and helpful staff. I recommend it. I will be back.

The treatment is excellent...the waiting time is good...the place is quiet...the order was born with thyme...the result is 5 out of 10. It needs more care...the thyme is little and the ingredients are not worth talking...I did not like it at all...perhaps the other branches have a special teacher and not anyone...
