I would like to mention here the name of Mr Dawood who helped and guided me in each and every step for taking good care of new kitten. Fast communication response & easy location to find. Also very very friendly and polite staff. And the service after the sell is great. They follow up and check on the pet. I want to add is that the most important was when we received our puppy photos through WhatsApp we were incredibly impressed by how the space area of the pets were clean. Visit this Petshop in Arjan if you are looking for quality and expert customer service. Ask specifically for Dawood. He is an amazing person and will work with you to find the right pet to match you! I went there having no experience with cat ownership but Brother Dawood broke down each species for me and let me pet each one after putting on new gloves for every animal that I wanted to pet. Their concern for the health and hygiene of each animal is seen with their insistence that you put on gloves before handling their animals. A good thing to see from a pet shop! I literally went back and forth from the shop because I just couldnt decide which one to bring home. What is remarkable is that unlike some other pet shops that I have been to, whose staff will get extremely annoyed because I took their time but didnt make a purchase, Dawood welcomed me each time I came back as if I was a new customer and didnt get annoyed with me one bit. He was more than patient! He was extremely patient. He was honest in his suggestions and told me the best of advice regarding each animal after I told him what I was looking for. The other staff was just as friendly and accomodating as well. They spend alot of time to clean each animals area. There are no foul orders even though their is an enormous selection of animals. Not only that its located centrally in Dubai so you dont have to travel far. If you're looking for an animal try this place out and ask for Akhi Dawood.
