Very good store as all aisle are maintained well and stocking has been at the best only thing I find difficult was there weren’t enough people on the floor to ask any doubts if you have overall it was great store visit and pricing is also not bad

I had a positive experience at the store, primarily due to the friendly and cooperative staff. I visited with the intention of purchasing a washing machine, and Shuaib and Arsanal were particularly enthusiastic in assisting me. They did an excellent job of explaining the differences between the various models, which helped me make an informed decision. In the end, I was happy to purchase a washing machine that suits my needs.

Perfect place for household shopping, all items can be found under one roof and place is very well organized. Great shopping experience, amole parking space however traffic congestic is really bad during peak evening hours hence extry and exit to this place is always packed.

The hypermarket is great! Full of everything you can need, prices are good but the staff. The employees are non educated, non cooperative, and non effective. Slow and disrespectful. They will not interrupt their chats to deal with you. Will not hang the phone to answer you. Will not great you polite or any else. The employees can rise down this hypermarket. As a tourist, this is unexceptable for such a place, such a city.

January 2024 5* Visited the lulu stores to by some namkeen. You can by Haldiram’s Bhel Puri and any other namkeen. Store is full with all kinds or namkeens and you can buy other stuffs.

Absolutely the best place to do your weekly shopping as it has everything that one can require to run a home. I was on an emergency shopping trip as wifey was busy preparing sumptuous food for guests expected today evening and n amateur shopper like me was entrusted with a few important things for the evening. Parked in their car park for customers, got a small trolley and breezed in. Got everything and some of my personal favourites in quick time. Best place to do your family shopping. The store itself is good. You get all the necessary items and good prices and options. The hot food section is great for you if you are from Indian subcontinent. Giving 4 star only because (location )some people (customers) and a particular staff member were weird. They did not know how to behave with customers queued up for billing. If you are loud and can call out bad behaviour or ignore them . Then this place has pretty much everything you need from hypermarket.

This is one of the bigger market stores in Dubai. It is a bit of a walk from the metro, but you can take a bus as well. The staff are helpful and they have a gov kiosk where you can update your info and such.... but, you need a physical E-ID card to use it.

I only have good things to say about Lulu. But recently I bought something from Lulu. So basically this is not directly a Lulu review but a product review of something sold by Lulu. I bought Amul "Pure' ghee 500g. I bought it thinking it'll be the best, However, I was disappointed beyond words can express. It didn't look like ghee, didn't smell like ghee. I tried to melt it it turned to a really bad colour. Still not smelling anything like ghee. So I waited for it to cool down it turned to a totally different colour to prior to melting it. It cooled down to look white. I won't be buying any Amul products anymore. Btw, Gowardhan ghee and Shakti ghee are 👍🏻 great. Thank you.

Best place to shop all your home needs. But the main problem is extreme traffic jam in the evening and at the weekends, Unfortunately, you will never like to come again. Need some solutions.

This supermarket has everything you require for the home. Good place to buy groceries with good staffs to help you out here. The shop has almost everything available in terms of grocery items. It has also electronic and home appliances. Enough of space to walk around and pick up things you need and the billing counter experience has been good and quick. We visit this store sometimes and never really have any issues. However, be careful at the checkout as we recently experienced errors being made in billing. There were charges for items in excess quantities, so maybe better check your bills before payment. But, the customer service was helpful and refunded the amount and corrected the problem.

I go there often for grocery but I haven't figured out if they have a parking in the building and how to get access to that. I was looking to buy Pakistani beef, but it was not very fresh. Good quality control is expected from a corporation like Lulu.

The staff really have no clue what works and what doesn’t ,what are the features of any product, especially in the electronics section. They sold me a faulty speaker unit and if I hadn’t insisted on testing it in store ,I would have gone home with it And don’t even get me started on the location and the non availability of the taxis in the area . Last week myself and my husband was looking to buy clothes for friend's wedding not sure were to buy. We thought first we'll head to lulu and check of not later we can go to meena bazar. To our surprise we found what we wanted. Footwear was not available that's the one thing we had to go outside for. We finished our grocery shopping as well as wedding shopping all in one place with ease.

I heard it is the oldest lulu hypermarket. Very neat and clean place. Every items are quite near to your hands. Comparing to other lulu hypermarkets it is very small. But just opposite side you can find other big Lulu outlet with fully loaded items.

I feel this is the best hypermart in Dubai! It is filled to the brim with all the required essentials. There is a very less possibility of anyone coming out looking dissatisfied of not finding their sought after grocery item here. It is well maintained and the prices are reasonable with many discounts constantly on offer. If you are in the vicinity then obviously there ain't no better option! I've seen very few outlets with this sort of widespread availability. Kudos to this team!

Good place on monthly or weekly shopping , great variety , normal pricing. Still very much crowded better to avoid on evening and weekends .however Lulu prices is good comparing with another places, but they have one problem that employees inside not giving good attention to the customers, I had to look for somebody to ask him for details and many people suffering the same there.

In midst of a pandemic, awareness of social distancing between people could be much better, also more sanitisers available to use. Also the sanitising of the trolleys is not done, which again is concerning if you are there for a big round of groceries. We have always sanitised our trolleys with the sanitisers we carry prior to using. Otherwise, the variety of goods is decent.

He is a knowledgeable person, and his recommendations were for Panasonic fridge, which we also agreed. Overall comparison were good as they have warst choice f available other brands.
